John Freeman, Principal & Founder

– Since graduating from Iowa State University in 1977, John has built a reputation in Northern Colorado for providing reliable architectural services with a small team, a wealth of experience and proven design solutions.

Frank deGruy, Architectural Intern

- Born and raised along the Alabama gulf coast, Frank has been involved in the construction industry and the boat-building industry for many years. He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University and, since then, has been living in Colorado. Frank is currently pursuing his architectural license, and enjoys camping, hiking, and snowboarding in his spare time.

Zach Ridgway, Architectural Intern

– After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor degree in Environmental Design with a focus in architecture, Zach went on to work for big and small firms gaining experience working on large and small-scale projects. He has also spent time in countries such as India, Uganda, and Tanzania, designing and providing construction management for non-profit organizations.

David Stranathan, Architectural Intern

– David has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado-Denver, is LEED accredited, and is currently pursuing architect licensure. He has construction site experience within multiple trades and has managed numerous projects from the ground up. For the past decade, David has focused his creative energy toward designing and building furniture, with a particular interest in modern and contemporary stylings.

Monica Kessler, Office Manager

– Originally from Illinois, Monica moved to Colorado after graduating from Knox College with a degree in anthropology and sociology. She has been keeping our office organized for over a decade. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and gardening.
